Carriers
123Loadboard does NOT require carriers to have authority (ie. MC# or DOT#) in order to register. Please keep in mind that when booking loads, the brokers and shippers will often request this information.

123Loadboard does NOT require dispatchers to have authority (ie. MC# or DOT#) in order to register.

Freight brokers
Freight brokers are required to provide their authority (MC#) in order to register with 123Loadboard and to start posting loads and finding carriers. Freight brokers can get started by calling 877-875-5301, ext. 2.

Shippers
Shippers can start posting loads and finding carriers without the need to provide authority. Shippers can get started by calling 877-875-5301, ext. 2.
