disabled for our app or on your desktop browser. You may turn these notifications back on by following these steps.
Chrome (Windows or Mac)
Option 1 — from the website
- Click the lock icon next to the URL
- Select “site settings” or “permissions”
- Find notifications and set to allow
Option 2 — from Chrome settings
- Open Chrome menu (three dots) and go to settings
- Go to privacy and security → site settings → notifications
- Under allowed, ensure 123loadboard.com is listed
- If not, click add and enter the site
For Mac only
- Open system settings → notifications → Google Chrome
- Turn on allow notifications
Firefox (Windows or Mac)
Option 1 — from the website
- Click the lock icon next to the URL
- Go to permissions
- Find notifications and set to allow
Option 2 — from Firefox settings
- Open Firefox menu and go to settings
- Go to privacy and security → permissions → notifications → settings
- Make sure 123loadboard.com is set to allow
For Mac only
- Open system settings → notifications → Firefox
- Turn on allow notifications
Edge (Windows or Mac)
Option 1 — after clicking allow on the website
- A small bell icon may appear next to the URL in the address bar
- Click the bell icon to manage or confirm notification settings
Option 2 — from the website
- Click the lock icon next to the URL
- Go to site settings or permissions
- Find notifications and set to allow
Option 3 — from Edge settings
- Open Edge menu and go to settings
- Go to cookies and site permissions → notifications
- Make sure 123loadboard.com is listed under allowed
- If not, add it
For Mac only
- Open system settings → notifications → Microsoft Edge
- Turn on allow notifications
iPhone (iOS – Safari, Chrome, others)
- Not supported: website push notifications do not work in mobile browsers on iPhone
- Only the 123Loadboard native app can send notifications
Android (Chrome or other browsers)
Option 1 — from the website prompt
- When the site displays a prompt, tap allow
Option 2 — from the lock icon
- Tap the lock icon next to the address bar
- Go to permissions → notifications → set to allow
Option 3 — from phone settings
- Open phone settings → apps → [your browser] → notifications
- Turn on notifications if disabled
To turn on/off notifications on iOS app
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and select 123Loadboard from the list of installed apps
- Tap Notifications
- Tap Allow Notifications to enable or disable
- Note: notifications are enabled when the switch is slid to the right and green
To turn on/off notifications on Android app
- Tap Settings
- Tap Apps to view a list of installed applications on your phone
- Find and tap the 123Loadboard app
- In the app settings page that appears, tap the Notifications category
- Make sure the Block All setting is turned off or on as desired
