Brokers and shippers use the Call for details option in order for you to contact them for rates. Many brokers and shippers posting truck freight and loads rather you call them directly to negotiate a FAIR rate as often there are too many outstanding issues such as a commodity, number of drops, weight, etc. which a spot rate would just not be able to disclose.
