We use the same technology as all major banks to keep your account information safe. For data security, we use encryption at rest.
Any files you upload are stored securely on Microsoft Azure Cloud in Central US.
Document Manager data is backed up multiple times a day on secure, access-controlled and locally redundant storage. In the unlikely event of a data loss, your information will be fully restorable. Backups are kept for 30 days.
- Access to the files requires secure API keys and SSL connections.
- Documents travel only over secure SSL connections between our internal services as well.
- Access to documents is restricted to key employees only.
