My Documents allows you to upload any type of document, including carrier related documents (ie. insurance, authority, W9, etc) and load documents (ie. rate confirmations, Bill-of-lading, proof-of-deliveries, fuel receipts, etc).
Once you create a document, you will have the option to select a file type.
