Adding users to your account can be done in your 123Loadboard settings.
To add new users from the Settings page:
1. Open the "Users" section and click the "Plus" button on the top-right corner of the panel
2. Enter the contact information of the user you wish to add, then click the "Send request" button. You can also specify whether or not this user is your dispatcher and/or if they should have admin rights on the account.
Once the request has been sent, our Customer Success Team will review and process the request. If there are any issues, they will reach out to you. Otherwise, the new user will receive an email requiring them to verify the email address before they can use the account and an email with their username and password.
