What are load alerts?
Load alerts notify you when new loads are posted that match your saved searches with active alerts. Instead of constantly refreshing, you’ll get alerts in real time so you never miss an opportunity.
What information is included in a load alert?
Each alert includes origin, destination and load details such as equipment type, length, and weight, etc.
How do I create a Load alert? (Mobile & Web)
Go to Find loads
Create and perform a load search
On the result pane, click the 'Alert: Off' option - when done, it will become "Alert: On"
How will I receive load alerts?
You can receive alerts through Push notifications (browser or device) if your notifications are enabled.
On web, you will get alerts whenever new loads are posted matching your search, both on the left-hand navigation and on the top-right Notifications icon:
On mobile, Load Alert notifications can be found on the bottom navigation:
Can I manage how often I get alerts? (Mobile & Web)
Yes. In Settings > Notifications, you can choose:
- Alert frequency (e.g., often, standard, or fewer per hour)
- Alert schedule (e.g., weekdays only, daytime only)
This helps you control how many notifications you receive.
What if I click on a load alert and the load is no longer available?
Load alerts are sent in real time, but loads can be booked very quickly. If you don’t act right away, the load may no longer be available when you click the notification.
- On the load details page, the load will be marked as no longer available, and you’ll see a button to view recommended loads with similar details.
- In your load alerts list, the same load will also be marked as not available. The list cleans itself automatically, keeping only active opportunities.
This way you’ll always know which loads are still open and you can move fast on the next best option.
Why am I not receiving alerts?
- Make sure alerts are turned on for your search.
- Check your notification settings (push and email must be enabled).
- Verify your browser or device allows notifications from 123Loadboard.
- If the issue continues, contact support for assistance.
How do I delete/remove a search alert (Mobile & Web)
Go to Find Loads and open the required search.
On the result pane, click the 'Alert: On' option or delete your search to stop getting alerts.
